Storyboard
Below is our storyboard for our music video 'These Words'. We hope to follow the storyboard closely but are aware that we may need to revise some shots or scenes if problems arise whilst we are out on location filming.

For the third page of the storyboard you will see a scene which shows the narrative of our video. This scene is the establishment of the relationship between the girl and boy. Originally we had planned to show a sequence where the girl and boy would 'bump into' each other on the street. We later changed this into the 'library scene' as we were not satisfied with the footage we had filmed. This was due to the fact that we did not have a dolly for tracking the characters as they walked passed each other. But also because it was unappealing and did not create the desired effect.
ReplyDeleteWe also changed some of the performance in the video to green screen. Seen on pages 2,4 and 8 as the walled scene. We thought our storyboard lacked performance so instead of the 'bench scene' on page 7 we used the 'wall footage' which had been replaced by the green screen.
